When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days unless noted in the description or if you are part of a pre-order. A confirmation email will be sent when your order has shipped.
How do you ship my order?
If you picked the shipping option, all orders are shipped via USPS. I use the most cost efficient shipping packages to save you money on shipping. If you order more than one item, most likely your order will be shipped priority mail. Sometimes packages can take between 2 and 7 business days to arrive to your home. If you have not received your items in 2 weeks from your order date - please text me. 707-484-9436
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes and no. Depending on when you need to change or cancel your order might be a yes or no. If we have not ordered your clothing or made your item yet - then yes, we can cancel or change your order. If we have already ordered your item or started to make it - then no - I'm sorry you can not.

How do I get wholesale pricing:
We are first and foremost a wholesale custom shop. Most of our orders go out to schools, businesses or large sport teams. We will work with your group to try to get the best pricing we can. The more you order the bigger discount you will get. The shirts you purchase through this website are meant to be fun and great for gifts. Do you do embroidery:
No. I am looking for an embroiderer myself so that I can send customers to them! If you do embroidery - Text me! We currently use Digital Stitchz in Downtown Fairfield.
